The Company announces that on 10 November 2014 it purchased, for immediate cancellation 25,000 of its ordinary 2p shares at a price per share of 92.0p.

Following the above purchase and cancellation, the number of ordinary shares in issue is 46,808,205.

The total number of voting rights in the Company as at 10 November 2014 is 46,808,205. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interests in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
