Matrix Income & Growth VCT plc announces that on 30 September 2011 it purchased 398,009 of the Company's own Ordinary Shares at a price of 77.25 pence per share for cancellation.

Following this purchase there are now 43,004,098 Ordinary Shares of 1 pence in issue.
