Managed Growth

The Company has today purchased 15,399 Managed Growth shares into Treasury at 670.00 pence per share.

Following the transaction the Company holds 8,252,619 Managed Growth shares in Treasury. The remaining Managed Growth shares in issue less the total number of Managed Growth shares in Treasury is 30,058,100

The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.

Managed Income

The Company has today purchased 13,533 Managed Income shares into Treasury at 77.00 pence per share.

Following the transaction the Company holds 15,604,026 Managed Income shares in Treasury. The remaining Managed Income shares in issue less the total number of Managed Income shares in Treasury is 82,867,160.

The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
