Matrix Income & Growth VCT plc announces that on 24 June 2011 it purchased 159,237 of the Company's own Ordinary Shares at a price of 81.00 pence per share for cancellation.

Following this purchase there are now 43,476,236 Ordinary Shares of 1 pence in issue.
