Dawnay, Day Sirius Limited (the "Company") announces that on 11 June 2008 it purchased 400,000 ordinary shares at an average price of EUR 0.6389 per share.
The Company intends to hold the purchased shares in treasury.
Following the above purchase, the Company holds 21,526,824 of its ordinary shares in treasury and has 306,273,176 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
