Purchase of shares for cancellation
TriVest VCT plc announces that on 9th and 10th August 2007, it purchased a total of 1,570,044 Ordinary Shares of the Company for cancellation at a price of 83.00 pence per share.
Following this purchase the Company now has 37,308,759 Ordinary Shares in issue.
