The Company announces that it has today purchased 150,000 Ordinary Shares into Treasury at 496.21 pence per share.
Following the transaction the Company holds 78,620,286 shares in Treasury. The shares in issue less the total number of Treasury shares is 203,013,624. The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
