Transaction in Own Shares

Global Invacom announces that on 2 September 2015, it purchased 3,740,000 ordinary shares of no par value ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of SGD 0.19876, to be held in treasury (the "Purchase").

The shares were purchased in accordance with the authority granted by shareholders at the Company's Annual General Meeting on 29 April 2015.

Global Invacom advises that, following the Purchase, the Company's issued share capital is 282,402,299 Ordinary Shares (including 38,697,900 Ordinary Shares held as treasury shares). Therefore the Company's total number of Ordinary Shares with voting rights is 243,704,399.

For the avoidance of doubt, as announced by the Company in its announcement dated 25 August 2015, the share transfer forms in respect of 27,957,828 treasury shares ("Consideration Shares"), which forms the consideration payable pursuant to the Company's acquisition of Skyware Global, have yet to be deposited by the vendor of Skyware Global into CDP. Accordingly, as of the date of this announcement, the Consideration Shares have yet to be transferred, and remain with the Company. The Company will make further announcements when the Consideration Shares are transferred.
