Transaction in own shares

Huntsworth PLC announces that, on 22nd November 2010, it purchased through Numis Securities Limited 20,000 ordinary shares of 1p each at an average price of 72.63 pence per share. The highest price and lowest price paid for these shares was 73 and 72.5 pence respectively. The purchased shares will all be held as treasury shares.

Following the above purchase, the Company holds 4,042,110 ordinary shares in Treasury and has a total of 232,152,157 ordinary shares of 1p each (excluding shares held in Treasury) in issue. The number of ordinary shares purchased represented approximately 0.01% of the voting rights attributable to the total ordinary shares in issue prior to such purchases.
