Purchase of shares
The Company announces that on 7 July 2015, it purchased 130,000 of the Company's own Ordinary Shares of 1p each, representing approximately 0.16% of the issued share capital at a price of 130.5 pence per share for cancellation.
Following this purchase, there are now 80,305,231 Ordinary Shares of 1p each in issue.
