Trinity Capital PLC12 February 2007 Trinity Capital plc ("Trinity Capital") Trinity Capital announces that on 9 February 2007 it acquired 20,700,000 of itsown ordinary shares of 1p each at a price of 88p per share, representing 8.20%of its issued share capital. It is intended that these shares will be cancelled. Following the purchase, Trinity Capital has a total of 231,800,200 ordinaryshares in issue.
