Matrix Income & Growth VCT plc announces that on 25 March 2011 it purchased 460,000 of the Company's own Ordinary Shares at a price of 83.25 pence per share for cancellation.

Following this purchase there are now 42,785,105 Ordinary Shares of 1 pence in issue.
