The Company announces that, on 2nd October 2017, it purchased into Treasury 23,000 Ordinary Shares at GBP7.5000 per share.
Following the transaction, the Company holds 351,521 Ordinary Shares in Treasury.
The shares in issue, less the total number of Treasury Shares, is 277,567,432. The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
