SEPTEMBER 2017 - GROUP TRAFFIC AND CAPACITY STATISTICS

 

§ Group traffic in September, measured in Revenue Passenger Kilometres, increased by 3.1 per cent versus September 2016; Group capacity measured in Available Seat Kilometres rose by 1.3 per cent.

§ Group premium traffic for the month of September increased by 3.0 per cent compared to the previous year.

STRATEGIC DEVELOPMENTS

On 4 September, Iberia and its unions reached agreement on a new voluntary redundancy programme which will affect up to 955 jobs. The programme includes early retirements among other options and will last until the end of 2019.
