Trading update

Ahead of the interim results for the half year ended 31 March 2012, the Board confirms that results for the first half of the year are expected to be satisfactory and that the Board continues to anticipate meeting full year market expectations.

The Group is now firmly established as an Engineering Services business supporting UK infrastructure and has recently secured further non-discretionary frameworks with the Environment Agency, Northumbrian Water Limited, Network Rail and at Sellafield.

Renew's interim results for the six months ended 31 March 2012 will be announced on Tuesday 22 May 2012.
