In accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, Dairy Crest Group plc hereby notifies the market that on 30 June 2015 the total number of voting rights in the company is 137,808,861 and the total number of shares in issue is 137,808,861, each with a nominal value of 25p. No shares are held in treasury.

The above figure (137,808,861) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in Dairy Crest Group plc under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure & Transparency Rules.
