In conformity with the Transparency Directive's transitional provision 6, GW hereby provides notification of the following information:

GW's issued capital consists of 120,785,335 ordinary shares of 0.1p each with voting rights. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in GW is 120,785,335,

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, GW under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
