Total Voting Rights

In conformity with the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules ( "DTRs") we would like to notify the market of the following:-

British Polythene Industries PLC's capital as at today's date consists of 26,924,235 ordinary shares. Each ordinary share in issue carries one vote in the event of a poll of shareholders. This is an increase of 2,504 shares since the previous disclosure made on 31 December 2013 resulting from the exercise of options under the British Polythene SAYE scheme. No ordinary shares are held in Treasury.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in British Polythene Industries PLC is 26,924,235.

The above figure 26,924,235 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, British Polythene Industries PLC under the DTRs.
