Interserve Plc Total Voting Rights and Capital In accordance with DTR 5.6.1, the total number of voting rights and capital as at the date of this announcement is 128,899,709 Ordinary Shares of 10 pence each. The above figure of 128,899,709 shares may be used by shareholders as the denominator for notifications of voting control over the Company's shares.
