In accordance with the requirements of the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, Vordere PLC hereby notifies the market of the Company's issued share capital as at 30 November 2017 comprises 188,177,896 ordinary shares of £0.02 each. The Company does not hold any shares in Treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 188,177,896.

The issued share capital figure above may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
