Total Voting Rights

Carpetright plc ("the Company") advises that, following the exercise of savings-related share options, its issued share capital as at 29th June 2012 has increased by 4,701 shares to 67,535,703 ordinary shares of 1p each.

All of the ordinary shares have equal voting rights, and no ordinary shares are held in Treasury. The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 67,535,703.

This figure may be used by shareholders as the denomination for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, voting rights attaching to the share capital of the Company under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
