Impax Group PLC19 December 2006 Impax Group plc (the "Company") Total Voting Rights In accordance with the Financial Services Authority's Transparency DirectiveTransitional Provision 6, the Company announces that as at today's date: - The issued ordinary share capital, all of which is admitted to tradingon the AIM Market, comprises 107,524,098 ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") - Each Ordinary Share entitles the holder, on a poll, to one vote; - The total number of votes which may be cast on a poll on anyresolution at a general meeting of the Company is 107,524,098; - The Company does not hold any shares in treasury. The above figure (107,524,098) may be used by shareholders as the denominatorfor the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notifytheir interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under theFinancial services Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
