No ordinary shares are held in treasury. Therefore the total number of Ordinary Shares in the Company with voting rightsis 184,645,402. Shareholders may use the above figure of 184,645,402 ordinary shares as thedenominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they arerequired to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, theCompany under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
