Countrywide plc Disclosure of Total Voting Rights

In accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rules (DTR) 5.6.1R, Countrywide plc hereby notify that the issued share capital of the Company as at 31 December 2015 was 219,641,834 ordinary shares of 1p each.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights attaching to shares in the Company is 219,641,834. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to the interest in, the Company under the Financial Services Authority's DTR.
