This corrects the total number of voting rights in Brammer plc as at 30 November 2010.

Brammer plc - Voting Rights and Capital

In conformity with Rule 5.6.1 of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules sourcebook, Brammer plc hereby notifies the market of the following:

Brammer plc's capital consists of 106,336,039 ordinary shares of 20p each with voting rights as at 30 November 2010. There are no such shares held in treasury.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Brammer plc is 106,336,039 as at 30 November 2010.

The above figure 106,336,039 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change of their interest in, Brammer plc under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
