TOTAL VOTING RIGHTS

In accordance with the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company advises that at close of business on 30 January 2015 its issued share capital comprised 81,997,546 ordinary shares of 2.5p each. The voting rights of all of these shares are identical with each share carrying the right to one vote. The Company holds 214,000 ordinary shares in Treasury. The total number of ordinary shares with voting rights is therefore 82,211,546 ordinary shares.

The above figure of 82,211,546 ordinary shares may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, KBC Advanced Technologies plc under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
