In accordance with the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, at 30 November 2021, the total number of Ordinary shares of 25p of the Company in issue was 126,332,577 with each share holding one voting right.

There are 3,079,426 Ordinary shares in Treasury.

The above figure (126,332,577) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company, under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
