Total Voting Rights - Voting Rights and Capital In conformity with 5.6.1 of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company notifies the market of the following:  The issued share capital consists of 102,677,569 ordinary shares of 5p each with voting rights. No ordinary shares are held in treasury. The above figure of 102,677,569 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
