Portmeirion Group PLC15 November 2007 Portmeirion Group PLC ('Portmeirion') Total Voting Rights and Share Capital For the purposes of the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure andTransparency Rules, the total number of ordinary shares of 5p each ofPortmeirion ('Ordinary Shares') in issue as at the date of this notice is10,563,030. Of these 677,218 Ordinary Shares are held in treasury and these donot carry any voting rights. The number of Ordinary Shares in issue which carry voting rights is 9,885,812with each share carrying the right to one vote. Therefore the total number of voting rights in Portmeirion is 9,885,812.
