Total Voting Rights

In accordance with the Transparency Directive's transitional provision 6, Hardy Oil and Gas plc ("Hardy" or "the Company") would like to notify the market that the Company's capital consists of 62,297,531 ordinary shares with voting rights.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights of 62,297,531 may be used by shareholders as the denominator to determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Hardy under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
