Total Voting Rights

In the month of May 2012 the Company issued 1,152 shares as part of the Company's Share Incentive Plan ("SIP"). In conformity with the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company confirms that, as at 31 May 2012, the issued ordinary share capital of the Company consisted of 284,189,012 shares with voting rights attached (one vote per ordinary share). The Company does not hold any shares in Treasury at the date of this disclosure.

The above figure can be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which to determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules
