Total Voting Rights

In accordance with DTR 5.6.1 of the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules (DTR), Inland Homes plc (AIM: INL) is notifying the market of its total number of voting rights and capital as at the end of the calendar month.

The Company's total issued share capital consists of 203,654,432 ordinary shares of 10 pence each (of which 1,000,000 are held in treasury and are not eligible to vote).

The Inland Homes plc Employee Benefit Trust currently holds 1,627,066 Ordinary Shares and shall abstain from exercising its voting rights at any general meeting of the Company. Accordingly, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 201,027,366 and this figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
