Voting Rights and Capital

In conformity with the Disclosure and Transparency Rules we would like to notify the market of the following:

Hydrogen's capital consists of 23,514,424 ordinary shares with voting rights.

There are no shares held in the treasury.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Hydrogen is 23,514,424.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in Hydrogen Group plc under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
