Total Voting Rights

1 July 2013 Keller Group plc ("the Company") TOTAL VOTING RIGHTS - UPDATE The Company advises that, as at 30 June 2013, the total issued share capital ofthe Company consisted of 73,099,735 ordinary shares, of which 2,162,527 shareswere held in Treasury. Accordingly, the total number of voting rights in the Company's ordinary shares is 70,937,208. The above number may be used by shareholders as the denominator for thecalculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify theirinterest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FSA'sDisclosure and Transparency Rules.
