Parallel Media Group plc (the "Company") Total Voting Rights and Share Capital

For the purposes of the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the total number of ordinary shares of 0.5p each in issue at the date of this notice is 372,070,293 with each ordinary share carrying one vote. Therefore the value of the issued share capital is ‚£1,860,351.47.

There are no shares held in treasury.

The above figures may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
