Therefore, the total number of Ordinary Shares with voting rightsis 12,550,613. The above figure of 12,550,613 Ordinary Shares may be used byshareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculationsby which they will determine if they are required to notify theirinterest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital ofthe Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
