Close High Income Properties PLC18 April 2008 Close High Income Properties PLC (the "Company") Voting Rights and Capital In conformity with the Transparency Directive's transitional provision 6 theCompany notifies the market of the following: Close High Income Properties Plc's capital consists of 74,726,079 OrdinaryShares and 25,765,102 "D" Ordinary Shares, both with voting rights, plus50,135,717 Deferred Shares, which have no voting rights. The voting rights of Ordinary and 'D' Ordinary Shares are identical, with eachshare carrying the right to one vote. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Close High Income Properties Plcis 100,491,181.
