TOTAL VOTING RIGHTS 

For the purposes of the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the total number of ordinary shares of 1p of Dragon-Ukrainian Properties & Development plc in issue as at the date of this notice is 142,018,716 with each share carrying the right to one vote. 

There are no shares held in treasury. 

The total number of voting rights in Dragon-Ukrainian Properties & Development plc is therefore 142,018,716. 

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Dragon-Ukrainian Properties & Development Plc, under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
