Voting Rights and Capital - Transparency Directive Disclosure

In accordance with rule 5.6.1 of the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules the Company would like to notify the market of the following:

The Company's capital consists of 40,344,664 ordinary shares par value UK£0.01 per share with voting rights. No ordinary shares are held in Treasury.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 40,344,664.

The above figure 40,344,664 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
