Total Voting Rights
For the purposes of the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company advises that the total number of shares in issue and total voting rights as at 31 July 2016 is 151,664,257.
The Company holds 500,000 shares in treasury and, therefore, 151,164,257 shares may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company.
