MALVERN, PENNSYLVANIA, AND STAFFORD, UK, 30 December 2011 - In accordance with the Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company announces that PuriCore plc's share capital as at 30 December 2011 consists of 25,292,164 ordinary shares of 10p each, with voting rights. None of the ordinary shares are held by the Company in treasury.

The above figure (25,292,164) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company, under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
