Voting Rights and Capital

In conformity with the Transparency Directive's transitional provision 6, the Company is required to notify the market of the following:

Company's capital includes 269,660,794 ordinary shares with voting rights. None of these ordinary shares are held in Treasury.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Company as at 30 November 2014 is 269, 660,794.

The above figure of 269, 660,794 shares may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
