Total Voting Rights

London, 1 July 2014: MySale notifies the market that, as at close of business on 30 June 2014, the Company's issued share capital was 150,647,610 ordinary shares of no par value. The Company does not hold any ordinary shares in treasury.

Accordingly, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 150,647,610.

Shareholders may use this figure as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules ("DTR"). For the avoidance of doubt, the Company has incorporated the provisions of DTR5 in to its articles, which provide that, in accordance with the guidance to Rule 17, the Company should be regarded as an "issuer" and not a "non-UK issuer" for the purposes of DTR5.

This announcement is in conformity with DTR 5.6.1.
