Total Voting Rights

For the purposes of the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the total number of ordinary shares of 0.4p each of Driver Group ("Ordinary Shares") in issue as at 1 April is 31,101,190.

The above figure of 31,101,190 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest, or a change to their interest, in the Company under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
