Total Voting Rights

In conformity with the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules ( "DTRs") we would like to notify the market of the following:-

British Polythene Industries PLC's capital as at today's date consists of 27,189,905 ordinary shares. Each ordinary share in issue carries one vote in the event of a poll of shareholders. This is an increase of 13,355 shares since the previous disclosure made on 30 January 2015 resulting from the exercise of 13,355 options under the British Polythene Industries PLC 2010 Company Share Option Plan.

No ordinary shares are held in treasury.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in British Polythene Industries PLC 27,189,905 .

The above figure 27,189,905 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, British Polythene Industries PLC under the DTRs.
