The Company notifies the market that, as at 2 September 2013, the ordinary issued share capital of the Company consists of 521,460,936 ordinary shares and 5,234 treasury shares.

The total number of voting rights in QED is 521,460,936.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator to determine if they are required to notify their interests in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
