Voting Rights and Capital

In accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5 we notify the market of the following:

Croda International Plc's capital consists of 139,949,969 ordinary shares with voting rights. Croda International Plc holds 2,637,530 ordinary shares in Treasury.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Croda International Plc is 137,312,439.

The above figure (137,312,439) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Croda International Plc under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
