Total Voting Rights
Further to the placing announced on 8 July 2009, the Company is pleased to announce that the 421,540,000 placing shares have been admitted to trading on AIM.
Following the admission of the placing shares and for the purposes of the Transparency Directive, the Company's total issued share capital at the date of this notice consists of 495,139,817 ordinary shares of 0.1p each with one voting right per share. There are no shares held in treasury.
The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 495,139,817.
The above figure of 495,139,817 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company, under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
