No ordinary shares are held in treasury. Therefore the total number of Ordinary Shares in the Company with voting rightsis 46,066,879. The above figure of 46,066,879 (ordinary shares) may be used by shareholders asthe denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they arerequired to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, theCompany under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
