In accordance with the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, Patria Private Equity Trust plc ("the Company") announces that, as at 1 January 2025, the Company's issued share capital consists of 151,806,166 ordinary shares of 0.2p each, with each share holding one voting right. The Company also holds 1,940,128 shares in Treasury.

The above figure (151,806,166) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company, under the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
